What We Offer

Strength Sessions

Strength Sessions are the core of our program. Your training is completely customized to your level, goals, limitations and training background. Strength Sessions use the semi-private training format and have a maximum of 4 students to 1 coach to facilitate high-attention coaching. You can expect to learn movements like deadlifts, squats, push-ups and much more — all scaled to meet you where you’re at. Check out our Strength Sessions schedule here.

Boxing

You will work on fundamental boxing skills, conditioning and footwork. Learn punching and defense technique while improving your agility, coordination and endurance. Classes incorporate bagwork, mitts, and conditioning. Great for beginners!

Kettlebell Fitness

This is a fun, fast-paced interval training class incorporating kettlebells. Best for those who are also doing Strength Sessions–this is a great supplement to your strength training.
