Semi-private training combines individualized coaching with the consistency and energy from training with a small group. Each member follows a personalized program tailored to their goals, experience, and movement history. Sessions are limited to 4–5 clients per coach, allowing for close attention, technical feedback, and ongoing progression or modification. We focus on building practical strength skills that improve mobility and longterm movement quality. You receive guidance and accountability while developing the confidence to train independently in a structured, collaborative setting.
