Membership cancellation & returning instructions:
Before you cancel:
Provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.
Session reservations are not held during inactive memberships. If you have a planned return date, we’ll reach out beforehand to help you reschedule.
Unused banked sessions will remain on your account until they expire but they can only be used with an active membership.
Please fill out this form for any membership cancellation requests.
Because our memberships reserve recurring training times and coach availability, we do not offer membership pauses. Instead, you may cancel and restart whenever you’re ready to return.
How it works:
Let us know when you’d like to cancel your membership.
Not sure when your next billing cycle occurs? Check your TeamUp account via the website (instructions here) or the TeamUp app. When downloading the app, choose the one with this icon, called “TeamUp Member Booking.”
Decide whether you’d like to bank any remaining sessions.
If your time away falls in the middle of a billing cycle, you may choose to continue through that cycle and bank any unused sessions for later use. Banked sessions can only be used while you have an active membership.
If you'd prefer not to bank sessions, simply choose an earlier billing cycle as your cancellation date.
Your membership will remain active through the end of your billing cycle.
Once you've told us which billing cycle you'd like to end on, your membership will remain active through that cycle and no further charges will be made.
Restart when you return.
If you provide a restart date, we’ll email you ahead of time to confirm session days/times. If you’re not sure when you’ll be restarting, you can send us an email when you’re ready to return. As a reminder, we do not hold session reservations during this period.
