I have a busy job and a family and I’m worried about the time commitment of joining a gym. Should I wait until I have more free time?
This is one of the most frequent concerns we encounter.
As you become stronger in our program, you will find you have increased mobility, improved joint health and higher movement skill. Training helps you manage stress and anxiety. It will result in stronger muscles, joints and bones; a lower risk of chronic metabolic disease; and more restful and better quality sleep. On the average it also increases lifespan.
There is no reason not to start now. This is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself and your health. In fact, starting when you are busy is a smart decision. When you find time to take care of your health during times of stress, you will build a sustainable and strong practice. Waiting for more free time doesn’t work.
